About Dr. Kelley:
A Venice, FL native, Dr. Kelley Garner’s journey in veterinary medicine began in his formative years under the mentorship of his father, the late Dr. Terry Garner. Immersed in the field from a young age, Dr. Kelley’s passion for animal care led him to earn his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M).
Education and Development:
Dr. Kelley completed his rigorous doctorate program at St. Matthew’s University and the esteemed University of Georgia. During his academic pursuits, he actively engaged in various leadership programs, fostering both personal and professional growth.

President of the Student Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society: Demonstrating leadership and commitment to emergency care in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Kelley actively participated in major studies conducted on Grand Cayman, showcasing his dedication to advancing veterinary knowledge. His involvement included the Marine Research Club, Coral Reef, Stingray studies led by the Guy Harvey Research Institute, and The Iguana Sterilization project in collaboration with Colorado State College of Veterinary Medicine.
Clinical Residency:
Dr. Garner’s commitment to excellence earned him a highly coveted clinical residency at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, solidifying his expertise in the field.

Currently, Dr. Kelley Garner proudly maintains good standing with the Florida Medical Veterinary Association, ensuring the highest standards of care for his patients.
